INTRODUCTION
At NakedPak, we take pride in the quality of our products.
Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns.
WHEN WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND
- Your order arrived with damaged or opened packaging
- The product did not perform as described (e.g. the film did not dissolve as expected during cooking)
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Contact us at naama@nakedpak.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo showing the issue. Once approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
